Access Technology Teacher
The Access Technology Teacher works with people individually and in small groups to evaluate their technological needs, recommends specific solutions that may help them to reach their independent living goals, and provides training and support to ensure that the client is able to use the technology to its full potential. The Access Technology Teacher works with adult clients at the agency, in their homes, schools, workplaces, and in the community. The Access Technology Teacher conducts an initial assessment with individual clients to determine their current abilities, knowledge, goals, and tools.
