Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated ATPs in multiple cities throughout the state of Texas to join our team in delivering high-quality complex rehabilitation technology solutions. This role is responsible for evaluating patient mobility needs, recommending appropriate equipment, ensuring proper fitting, function, and long term support. The ATP will collaborate closely with therapists, physicians, caregivers, and internal teams to provide individualized solutions that enhance patient independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for complex rehabilitation technology ( CRT ) including power mobility.
• Recommend and configure appropriate mobility and assistive equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical professionals to support patient care plans.
• Oversee equipment delivery, fitting, and user education.
• Provide follow-up adjustments and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• ATP certification through Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America or active pursuant of ATP certification required
• Experience in durable medical equipment ( DME ).
• 2-3 years experience in complex rehabilitation technology ( CRT ) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field based schedule.
• Valid Drivers Licence

• Starting salary 70,000 - 80,000 ( based on experience)
