Role Summary

We seek credentialed and passionate Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) to lead patient evaluations and equipment provision in several metro cities within Texas, California, Massachusetts and Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face seating and mobility assessments following RESNA standards.
• Develop equipment specifications, justification letters, and HCPCS coding for payer approval.
• Coordinate trials, fittings, delivery, and caregiver training.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in Brightree.
• Meet quarterly productivity and documentation accuracy targets.
• Mentor rehab technicians and contribute to CEU sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Current RESNA ATP credential (no exam candidates).
• Two or more years in CRT, seating & mobility, or related rehab technology field.
• Expertise in HCPCS coding, Medicare and Medicaid funding policy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clinicians, payers, and families.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation, engineering, kinesiology, or other allied-health/technical field (OT, PT, biomedical/mechanical engineering, exercise science, etc.) preferred. Equivalent clinical/CRT experience will also be considered.
• Experience with pediatric or power standing mobility bases.
• Brightree or comparable DME/EMR software proficiency.

Additional Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Comfortable lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs solo and heavier loads with assistance.
• Previous experience as delivery driver, warehouse associate, or product assembly; DME or healthcare background a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, and clear communicator.
• Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate across departments.
• Spanish language skills are a bonus and appreciated when serving our diverse patient community.
