The Adaptive Technology Coordinator assists the Director of the Disability Resource Center (DRC) in implementing appropriate and effective academic accommodations within the framework of the legal mandates of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Services are offered to provide students with disabilities equal opportunity to have success across all environments of the University. To ensure equal access, the Adaptive Technology Coordinator provides direct accommodations to students with disabilities in the form of adaptive technology assistance and materials in alternative formats.
