Assistive Technology Professional
The Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) has as the primary responsibility for assessing rehabilitation patients, evaluating patient needs and selecting the proper rehab assistive technology. The ATP is responsible to the patient to assure the timely and accurate acquisition of equipment and delivery. The ATP impacts the overall success of the organization by managing patient relationships and promoting quality customer service. The ATP will support and educate the patient and staff throughout each interaction. The ATP will provide in-service education and product support and have the ability to trouble shoot and provide accommodations of existing equipment or repair.
