Maintain a strong professional relationship with clients, medical personnel, vendors and key referrals
Work with other Rehab team members to conduct a detailed evaluation on current situation, concerns, goals and funding possibilities
Physically assess rehabilitation clients for seating and mobility needs, including proper measurement and patient skills impacting use of rehab
Provide excellent listening and communication skills with customers via phone or in person.
Maintain a good working relationship with vendors
Participate in the final delivery of equipment to ensure the proper fitting and to train on equipment to make sure equipment meets the customers need.
Complete and process all signed paperwork
Provide quality control of equipment and supplies.
Certification as an ATP through Resna (required)
Skilled in trouble shooting mobility equipment to determine service or parts that best fit's client medical need
Knowledge of rules and regulations of OSHA, Medicare and Accrediting bodies and other agencies as they impact the care and distribution of HME.
Strong Computer skills.
Ability to learn to operate equipment correctly and able to lift
Two years experience in Rehab/HME industry preferred
BS/BA degree (preferred)
Additional Salary Information: $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus
