Join a growing team of rehabilitation equipment professionals throughout the Mid-Atlantic region by serving the needs of clients in the Philadelphia, PA market. The ATP is supported by a team of Customer Service Representatives and Certified Service Technicians to provide an exceptional customer service experience to clients, referrals, physicians and caregivers.
The Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) has a primary responsibility of assessing and evaluating client needs and selecting the proper power mobility, complex manual wheelchairs and custom seating & positioning equipment for both adult and pediatric clients. The ATP impacts the overall success of the company by promoting quality customer service, building strong relationships with referral sources, and seeking new opportunities to expand the AdaptHealth brand in the market. The ideal ATP works as an advocate for the client by building rapport, supporting, reassuring, and educating the client throughout every interaction.
Certification as an ATP through RESNA is required. Three years’ experience in power mobility and complex manual wheelchairs, custom seating & positioning is required.
Additional Salary Information: Base Salary plus competitive commission program
