The company is seeking an Rehab Sales Manager for the Cincinnati and Toledo territory. This unique position combines sales management with the seating and positioning expertise of an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). Position Summary The Rehab Sales Manager for Cincinnati and Toledo, under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales, shall have responsibility for leading and monitoring the effectiveness of sales staff.
Essential Functions • Evaluate complex rehab clients for custom equipment • Utilizing a CRM system that ensures sales representatives conduct effective sales calls, build relationships with existing patients and referral sources, and constantly seek out new complex opportunities • Supervises and manages sales staff; ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction is maintained • Ensures that department and individual goals, based on company objectives, are met • Maintains a high level of compliant procedures as mandated by Rehab Medical • Performs “ride alongs” with direct reports • Acts as a product information resource for both staff and patients
Qualifications • Demonstrated successful sales management experience or top-level sales experience • 2+ years of ATP experience • Leadership aptitude and work ethic to lead by example • Proven track record of exceeding goals and deadlines • Demonstrated ability and experience supervising and managing staff • Demonstrated ability in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and adherence to company published policies and procedures • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees • Proven track record in Sales Management and achieving sales objectives
