Please see below for more information about this position. Company provides company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and cell phone for this position. Every ATP has an inside support staff that works with them. More details on role, function and processes can be given during interviews.
Maintain (and increase) complex rehab market share in territory
Maintain (and build) relationships with respected field clinicians (i.e. Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, etc.)
Complete all evaluations assigned in an orderly, accurately and timely manner (as will be outlined in company job description)
Work to achieve revenue goal (and exceed to earn commission at 10% over revenue goal/quarter rate)
Work with field clinicians to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed accurately to ensure compliant billing
Work a minimum of 40 hours/week
Adhere to job description work ethics (including RESNA's code)
Travel - due to nature of job, extensive daytime travel may be required to reach rural customers.
Must currently be ATP certified (CRTS additionally preferred)
Must have experience in DME/Complex Rehab field with respect to knowledge of mobility equipment and general funding guidelines (i.e. at minimum Medicare/CMS NCD/LCD)
Must have experience in pediatric and adult mobility products (i.e. manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, standing frames, gait trainers, etc.)
Must have experience in custom molded seating solutions (i.e. Ride Designs, PinDot, etc.)
Must have current driver's license and clean driving record
Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
Additional Salary Information: Revenue goal is set to a quarterly basis. Commission is earned at 10% rate on revenue earned over quarterly revenue goal.
