For over 25 years, Cadan Technologies has provided AT product, AT Support and Services for individuals, small, medium and large business throughout the US. We are adding Customer Service Representatives in Eagan Minnesota to provide support for our customers and sales representatives.
Summary of essential job functions: • To service all Cadan Technologies customers to the best of your ability • Assist with customer calls, general sales duties, quotes and reports as required • Work with vendors on specific product requirements and training • Attend trade show • Work in a team setting • Manage orders from start to finish • Call customer's regarding product offering and requirements • Convert new prospects into repeat customers • Setting up accounts for new vendors • Anything that is requested of you within the purview of sales and customer service

Skills and Experience: • Ability to meet the attendance requirements • Strong customer service and organizational skills • Detail oriented • Basic Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting skills • Vendor and customer service experience required. • Experience in high volume outbound calling • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively. • Ability to sit and stand, for extended periods of time.
Additional Salary Information: Employee will participate in monthly overrides and annual bonus plan
